The walk in shower is always apreciated as i am a big person. The big sink in the room was helpfull. The room feels bigger than it is. Access to the outside from the room with a small table.

Amazing staff! We arrived very late and they were very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was very good. We liked the hotel concept, quiet surrounding, little terrace in front of our room and also parking right at the property. And hotel was like 10 minutes car ride from Frederiksborg Castle. Definitely would love to stay again.

For us the location was perfect, for it's only a 5 minute walk to Tenniscenter Hillerod. The room was spacious, with a little terras. Coffee and tea available in the room. The beds were good, so was the breakfast. The lady at the reception was very friendly!

The staff, large rooms, electric car charging, parking, the breakfast and how they resolved a problem quickly and very nicely. We were staying 4 nights, after the first night a leak appeared on the ceiling. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and it meant my brother whose wedding we had come to could get ready there too!

My whole lfe i was living in 4 or 5 star hotels since my presnec in these hotels was booked and paid by my compwny. This hotel is rated 3 star which is unfair becasu my stay was just fantastic. It deserves 4 starvrating for sure.

Great place, friendly staff and the upgrade to the suite was very welcome. Shame we were only there for one night. But we'll be back another time

The main reason for my high rating was because of the lady in the reception on the day I left. I was there for a mountain bike race which was taking place on the Sunday. I was also checking out on the Sunday, but the kind lady offered me to come back to the hotel in the afternoon to shower in the same room and pick up all my things. This level of service is not normal in Dk.

Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. The location was a little far out for us and we had to get to the train station everyday and my mother is elderly but we found and enjoyed the walk along the cycle track.
